How does the subscription work?
Pill Window Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed to your Apple Account by Apple. The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; the monthly plan has no trial. The price for your country is shown in the app before you subscribe. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new or reset device?
Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you subscribed with, then tap Restore on the Plus screen, or in Settings › Restore purchases. There is nothing to sign in to inside the app.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose Pill Window, then tap Cancel Subscription, or tap Manage subscription in the app's Settings while you're on Plus. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so we can't issue refunds ourselves. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What's free, and what does Plus add?
The timer, the end-of-wait alert, the Lock Screen countdown, the morning reminder and your last 7 days are free. Plus adds your full history back to day one, patterns (your usual time, best streak, last 30 days) and CSV export.
I didn't get the “Your wait is up” alert.
Check Settings › Notifications › Pill Window: notifications should be allowed, and Time Sensitive Notifications on. If a Focus is active, allow Pill Window in that Focus. The alert is scheduled on your iPhone when you start the timer, so it works offline.
The countdown doesn't show on my Lock Screen.
Turn on Live Activities in Settings › Pill Window, then start a new timer. The Dynamic Island appears on iPhone models that have it.
How long should I wait?
Use the wait on your prescription label or the one your clinician or pharmacist gave you. You set it in Settings › Timer (10–180 minutes). Pill Window only counts down the time you choose; it does not give medical advice.
How do I move to a new iPhone?
Your log moves with you when you set up the new iPhone from an iCloud or computer backup of the old one. There is no account or cloud sync in the app. With Plus you can also export a CSV for your records (it can't be imported back).
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings › Your data › Erase all logs, or delete the app to remove everything. We hold none of your data, so there is nothing to delete on our side. See the Privacy Policy.
