ゆらぎ手帳（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を開発者が受け取ったり集めたりしません。

• 入力された記録（症状とその強さ、ほてりの時刻、睡眠・カフェイン・お酒・運動・生理の印、薬やサプリ、体重・体温・血圧、メモ、医師に聞きたいこと）と設定は、利用者のiPhoneの中にだけ保存されます。開発者のサーバーや第三者へ送られることはありません。
• 記録は、iPhoneがロックされている間は読めない形で保存されます。万一に備えて、同じiPhoneの中に直近14日分の控えを自動で残します。
• 設定で「Face ID・パスコードでロック」をオンにすると、アプリを開く時に確認します。顔や指紋の情報はアプリには渡りません。
• Siriやショートカットの「ほてりを記録」は、iPhoneの中で記録するだけで、内容を外へ送りません。
• 受診用のPDF・画像、表（CSV）、バックアップのファイルは、利用者が自分で送る・保存する時だけ外に出ます。中には健康の記録がそのまま入るため、送り先・保存先にご注意ください。
• 利用者がiCloudやパソコンでiPhoneのバックアップを取っている場合、記録はそのバックアップに含まれます。
• 本アプリにはアカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングの仕組みはありません。
• 有料プランの購入はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われ、開発者がお支払いの情報を受け取ることはありません。
• 記録と自動の控えは「設定 › 記録をすべて消す」またはアプリの削除で消去できます。
• 本アプリは診断を行いません。医療機器ではありません。

Yuragi ("the App") does not collect personal information.

• Everything you enter (symptoms and their strength, hot-flush times, sleep, caffeine, alcohol, exercise and period marks, medicines and supplements, weight, temperature, blood pressure, notes, questions for your doctor) and your settings are stored only on your iPhone. They are never sent to the developer's servers or to third parties.
• Records are stored so they cannot be read while the iPhone is locked. Copies of the last 14 days are kept automatically on the same iPhone in case anything goes wrong.
• With "Lock with Face ID / passcode" turned on, the App asks when it opens. Face and fingerprint data never reach the App.
• "Log a hot flush" from Siri or Shortcuts records on the iPhone only and sends nothing anywhere.
• Doctor summaries (PDF or image), CSV tables and backup files leave the phone only when you send or save them yourself. They contain your health records as-is, so take care where you send them.
• If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, your records are included in that backup.
• The App has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
• Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details.
• You can delete your records and the automatic copies with Settings › Erase all data, or by deleting the App.
• The App does not diagnose and is not a medical device.
