よるノート（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を開発者が受け取ったり集めたりしません。
- 入力された記録（寝る前の習慣のチェック、布団に入った時刻、眠れた感じ、夜中に起きた回数、朝の体感、頭の中メモ）と設定は、利用者のiPhoneの中にだけ保存されます。開発者のサーバーや第三者へ送られることはありません。
- 記録は、iPhoneがロックされている間は読めない形で保存されます。万一に備えて、同じiPhoneの中に1つ前の状態の控えを自動で残します。
- マイクは使わず、録音もしません。環境音はiPhoneの中で計算して作っています。
- 設定で鍵（Face ID・パスコード）をオンにすると、アプリを開く時に確認します。顔や指紋の情報はアプリには渡りません。
- 書き出したファイル（バックアップ・表）は、利用者が自分で送る・保存する時だけ外に出ます。中には記録と頭の中メモがそのまま入るため、送り先・保存先にご注意ください。
- 利用者がiCloudやパソコンでiPhoneのバックアップを取っている場合、記録はそのバックアップに含まれます。
- 本アプリにはアカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングの仕組みはありません。
- 購入はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われ、開発者がお支払いの情報を受け取ることはありません。
- 記録は「設定 › 記録をすべて消す」またはアプリの削除で消去できます。
- 本アプリは睡眠を測りません。診断や治療も行いません。

YoruNote ("the App") does not collect personal information.
- What you enter (bedtime habit checks, time into bed, how the night felt, wake-ups, how you felt in the morning, mind-dump notes) and your settings are stored only on your iPhone. They are never sent to the developer's servers or to third parties.
- Records are stored so they cannot be read while the iPhone is locked. A copy of the previous state is kept automatically on the same iPhone in case anything goes wrong.
- The App does not use the microphone and records nothing. Sounds are generated on the iPhone.
- With the lock (Face ID / passcode) turned on, the App asks when it opens. Face and fingerprint data never reach the App.
- Exported files (backup, table) leave the phone only when you send or save them yourself. They contain your records and mind-dump notes as-is, so take care where you send them.
- If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, your records are included in that backup.
- The App has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
- Purchases are made through Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details.
- You can delete your data with Settings › Erase all data, or by deleting the App.
- The App does not measure sleep, and does not diagnose or treat anything.

- 기록은 iPhone이 잠겨 있는 동안 읽을 수 없는 형태로 저장되며, 같은 iPhone 안에 이전 상태의 사본이 자동으로 보관됩니다.

- 내보낸 파일(백업·표)은 사용자가 직접 보내거나 저장할 때만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다. 기록과 메모가 그대로 들어 있으니 보내는 곳에 주의하세요.
- iCloud나 컴퓨터로 iPhone을 백업하면 기록도 그 백업에 포함됩니다.
- 본 앱에는 계정, 광고, 분석, 추적 기능이 없습니다. 구매는 Apple App Store를 통해 이루어지며 개발자는 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
- "설정 › 모든 기록 지우기" 또는 앱 삭제로 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 본 앱은 수면을 측정하지 않으며 진단이나 치료를 하지 않습니다.
