血圧手帳（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者の個人情報を開発者が受け取ったり集めたりしません。

入力された記録（血圧・脈拍・薬を飲んだか・メモ）と設定（受診用の紙に載せる名前、目安の線、お知らせの時刻）は、利用者のiPhoneの中にだけ保存されます。開発者のサーバーや第三者へ送られることはありません。
記録は、iPhoneがロックされている間は読めない形で保存されます。設定で「開く時にFace ID／パスコード」をオンにすると、アプリを開くたびに確認します。顔や指紋の情報はアプリには渡りません。
受診用のPDF・画像、記録の書き出しファイルは、利用者が自分で送る・保存する時だけ外に出ます。中には健康の記録がそのまま入るため、送り先・保存先にご注意ください。
利用者がiCloudやパソコンでiPhoneのバックアップを取っている場合、記録はそのバックアップに含まれます。
本アプリにはアカウント登録、広告、アクセス解析、トラッキングの仕組みはありません。
有料プランの購入はAppleのApp Storeを通じて行われ、開発者がお支払いの情報を受け取ることはありません。
記録は「設定 › 記録をすべて消す」またはアプリの削除で消去できます。
本アプリは血圧を測りません。診断も行いません。

BP Note ("the App") does not collect personal information.

Your readings (blood pressure, pulse, medicine taken, notes) and settings (the name printed on the visit sheet, guide lines, reminder times) are stored only on your iPhone. They are never sent to the developer's servers or to third parties.
Records are stored so they cannot be read while the iPhone is locked. With "Face ID / passcode to open" turned on, the App asks every time it opens. Face and fingerprint data never reach the App.
Visit sheets (PDF or image) and export files leave the phone only when you send or save them yourself. They contain your health records as-is, so take care where you send them.
If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, your records are included in that backup.
The App has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking.
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. The developer never receives your payment details.
You can delete your data with Settings › Erase all data, or by deleting the App.
The App does not measure blood pressure and does not diagnose.
